Bento #67

Teriyaki chicken & pineapple meatball pieces over jasmine rice with mixed veggies & beans on a leaf of romaine, mango fruity pudding.

Yesterday was pizza day at school (yeah!!) and I know, not much variety today as I'm still sick so it's sort of what's in the house and quick. Maisie really enjoyed this bento though as she finished 99% of her rice and veg and left only one tiny piece of meatball and half of the lettuce leaf. Glad to see that she's eating again!

Hi Lisa! I was linked to your blog through Diana Hansen. I just love looking at what you've made for Maisie! It's so inspiring! I have actually started packing better things in my kids' lunches since I have been following along!

I have a question-- does Maisie eat all of these items cold? She's a very lucky girl to have such a talented mommy! Thank you for your inspiration!

I love your bentos. :) And you have such a cute collection of bento boxes too. Where do you get them from?

I can imagine just how yummy teriyaki chicken and pineapple meatballs must be. I shall make them myself soon. My whole family loves meatballs. Thanks for the great idea!

Your blog is gorgeous and the ideas will help me since I just started packing bento lunches for my diabetic husband and myself. We are using Mr. Bento containers. Your bento boxes are adorable.
